This Beginner Bowling Conditioning Program is perfect for anyone starting out in an exercise routine or returning from injury. It introduces bodyweight exercises that can be completed at home or away while traveling without any need for equipment except your bowling ball. Purchasing this program gains you access to our app and sends you full body workouts twice a week for 4 weeks. Set to your schedule preference; 2 non-consecutive days per week. Focusing on full body movements, this program progresses exercises to enhance strength, balance, proprioception and core engagement. You won’t be disappointed! Once complete, move on and try out the Intermediate Bowling Conditioning Program (coming soon) which incorporates some exercise equipment and switches to a split routine for increased demand on the body.
